Why designing and implementing resilience-building strategies at both individual and organizational levels is essential?
According to this study by Wong and colleagues (2022), healthcare workers who are older, work part-time work, have higher education levels, have greater satisfaction with workplace policy, receive better organizational support, and experience fewer COVID-specific worries tend to exhibit higher resilience levels.
