Building Health Worker Resilience: A Toolkit to Protect Against Burnout on the Front Lines.
The Centre for Health Worker Innovation, part of the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, developed the toolkit - “Building Health Worker Resilience: A Toolkit to Protect Against Burnout on the Front Lines” in 2021 as part of TRC. This toolkit was designed to support organizations in equipping the global health workforce with resources to manage their well-being, ensuring they can continue delivering high-quality healthcare to vulnerable populations worldwide. This toolkit is primarily for organizations, decision-makers, program managers, and implementers supporting health workers. It is designed to help organizations navigate available evidence to inform the design, implementation and evaluation of health worker resilience programs.
In addition to the toolkit, the Evidence Library and Measures Library are available if you would like more detailed information.
