Microsteps to Wellbeing Challenge is a journey that we hope will help us all cope with stress better and recover from difficult situations with greater ease this coming year. The challenge’s tasks include ways to relax, have better relationships at home and work and enjoy life more – by making small, almost imperceptible changes to our routine that at the end of 2026 will really add up!
