Pathways for Sustained Behavioural and Organizational Change for Health Worker Resilience

Pathways for Sustained Behavioural and Organizational Change for Health Worker Resilience

Healthcare workers (HCWs) in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) face immense pressures in polycrisis contexts, leading to high burnout rates and poor mental health. Neglecting HCW wellbeing threatens health system performance and workforce resilience. The Resilience Collaborative's (TRC) main objective is to strengthen HCW resilience and wellbeing across the healthcare delivery value chain for sustainable care delivery and enhanced health system performance. A team of Interns from Imperial Business School collaborated with TRC and developed a framework to identify drivers of low resilience and design practical, scalable solutions for implementation.
