TRC Special Interest Groups

Join an SIG

We are excited to welcome all TRC members into our new Special Interest Groups (SIGs). These groups are designed to help members learn from one another, build meaningful connections, share practical experiences, and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen healthcare worker resilience. The SIGs reflect TRC’s commitment to collective learning, knowledge sharing, innovation, and community action.

Within these groups, you’ll be able to:

  • Learn from peers, researchers, practitioners, and advocates across regions.
  • Share ideas, resources, experiences, and emerging evidence.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, grants, research, advocacy, or community initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects and discussions that can influence practice, policy, and resilience-building efforts.
  • Build professional relationships within a supportive global network.

Together, these SIGs create opportunities to learn, lead, and strengthen resilience across the healthcare workforce. Join us on the conversation boards below

TRC SIG Focus

TRC SIGs are branched into various areas of interest. Each of the SIGs will have a different area of focus with opportunities for involvement, leadership and networking within the focus area.

TRC SIG Engagement Space

Each of the TRC SIGs will have its own dedicated engagement space – a Padlet where members can interact, post news and opportunities, invite collabs and share learning and experiences. Here’s a quick sneak peek at what our engagement spaces look like. Get in touch on TRC.Community@georgeinstitute.org or sign up to view or interact on the Padlets.

We recommend that you take a quick look at this TRC SIG Member Charter that may help keep our interactions and conversations meaningful, inclusive and respectful

By participating in the SIG Padlet and discussions, you acknowledge TRC’s Privacy and Usage Terms and agree to the SIG Charter
