Foundational helping skills training manual: a competency-based approach for training helpers to support adults

This training manual is a resource developed under the joint WHO/UNICEF Ensuring Quality in Psychosocial and Mental Health Care (EQUIP) initiative. It is designed for trainers and supervisors and explains how to use the EQUIP competency-based approach to teach foundational helping skills to those providing support to adults.
